UAB Bennet Distributors ( BD for short ) is a Lithuanian trading company founded in 1991 and based in Vilnius . BD is a beverage wholesaler and acts as an importer and distributor in Lithuania . Over 70 manufacturers and 100 trademarks are represented by BD.
Bennet Distributors employs 300 people, has a turnover of 185 million LTL (53 million EUR, 2005) and is one of the 50 largest Lithuanian companies. Six branches are operated in Lithuania (in Kaunas , Klaipėda , Panevėžys , Šiauliai , Marijampolė and Utena ) as well as its own retail chain Gėrimų Pasaulis with 25 stores (as of 2006).
