The Catholic Church of St. Benno (Polish Kościół św. Benona ) in Warsaw is a Redemptorist Catholic Church in Warsaw's New Town .

history

The church was built around the middle of the 17th century by the Brotherhood of St. Benno in the Baroque style and taken over by the Redemptorists in the 18th century . In the Warsaw Uprising by the Wehrmacht initially burned down and later destroyed by blowing up the church after the war, was rebuilt.

Geographical location

The church is located in Warsaw New Town on Pieszastraße , which leads to Warsaw New Town Market Square .
