The Berliner Lokalnachrichten is an advertising paper that has appeared in Berlin since 1990 and is displayed free of charge in supermarkets, hotels, doctors and hospitals and distributed via direct mail. There is also an online edition for the print edition, in which articles are published daily.

First, the Köpenicker Lokalnachrichten appeared, which was the first advertising newspaper in the eastern part of Berlin after the fall of the Berlin Wall . Later there were expenses for other districts of Berlin. In 1995 the district editions were merged under the name Local News . Since 1997 the paper has been called Berliner Lokalnachrichten.

The focus of the reporting is on local topics and competitions. The editorial team consists of a team of five employees and freelancers.

The print edition appears monthly. According to the publisher, the circulation in 2018 is 50,000 copies.
