Bernd Marcus

Bernd Marcus (* 1964 ) is a German economist and psychologist.

Life

In 1995 he graduated as Dipl. Oec. at the University of Hohenheim and then worked there as a research assistant at the Chair of Psychology. After receiving his doctorate in 2000 at the University of Hohenheim as Dr. oec. he worked at the University of Tübingen , in the private sector in Berlin and at the TU Chemnitz . After completing his habilitation in psychology in Chemnitz in 2004 , he taught as Assistant Professor for Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Western Ontario from 2005 to 2007 . From 2007 to 2016 he taught as a professor for work and organizational psychology at the Fernuniversität Hagen . Since 2016 he has held the Chair of General Business Administration: Organizational and Personal Psychology in Rostock .
