Bernd Spate

Bernd Späte was government director at the Federal Insurance Supervisory Office , now integrated into the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. He is the author of the non-fiction book Liability Insurance: Commentary on the General Insurance Conditions for Liability Insurance (AHB) , which is still a comprehensive and well-known standard work in the insurance industry .
