Salary recipient is a collective term in Germany for natural persons who are entitled to salary according to the Federal Salary Act (BBesG) or the salary laws of the federal states . Remuneration recipients are civil servants and judges of the federal and state governments as well as soldiers . Honorary officials and honorary judges are excluded . You will receive an after Basic Law constitutionally guaranteed Alimentation according to traditional principles of the Civil Service on legal basis.
Official pay recipients are similar to salary recipients . Employees in the public service (collective bargaining employees ) are not salaried employees . You will receive remuneration not based on statutory law but under private law within the framework of an employment and / or collective agreement . The remuneration represents the equivalent of the work performed, whereas the salary is not directly related to the service provided, but to the public service and loyalty relationship .
