Inventory maintenance (economy)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Maintenance of existing buildings is a task of municipal economic development , which in reality often falls behind the settlement policy. The aim of safeguarding the situation is that companies remain located in the municipality . The prerequisite for this is to know the problems of local companies. This can be done through company meetings or company surveys. Especially in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) there is little time for strategic considerations and the development of new concepts. Management consulting seems too time-consuming, too little related to its own industry or too expensive. Even public support often does not reach the companies involved. It is difficult for individuals to find their bearings effectively in the multitude of funding projects. A combination of management consulting , business development and qualification measures can compensate for these deficits. For this, their development conditions must be maintained and improved. This includes the removal of barriers to innovation, support with restructuring or business successions. The buzzword for dismantling investment barriers is reducing bureaucracy at the municipal, state and federal level.
