  • Heinrich Ernst Beyrich (1815–1896), German geologist and paleontologist
  • Karl Beyrich (1796–1834), German botanist
  • Konrad Beyrich (1852 – after 1894), German explorer and naturalist
  • Volker Beyrich (* 1940), German historian and regional researcher - since 2011 he has been heading the archives of the Fürstenschüler Foundation in Grimma
