Beer ball (sausage)

Beer ball

Beer ball is the name for a spherical version of a boiled sausage in artificial casing . Often the sausage types beer sausage , press head or beer ham are sold in the form of a beer ball. Beer balls are particularly common in southern Germany and Austria .
