Bikonele is a small motu of the Arno Atoll of the Pacific republic of the Marshall Islands .

Bikonele is located on the southern edge of the Nami North Lagoon . Together with Bikarej it forms the end and the demarcation to the Arno Main Lagoon . About 2 km north is the northernmost island of the atoll, Nami .
