The wayside shrine - also called Herrgotsruh wayside shrine - in Unterirsingen , a district of the Türkheim market , is located west of the customs house, in the Unterallgäu district , Bavaria . The listed building was rebuilt in 1968 after it was damaged in a traffic accident. The housing is provided with a saddle roof covered and has a segmental arch niche. In the niche is an aggregate , from wood -crafted character of Heilands situated in the detent. This comes from the first half of the 18th century. Below the niche there is an inscription plaque with the following text: HERRGOTSRUH / EINST DES WANDERERS STILLE RAST / AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE OLD / SALZSTRASSE AND THE ROMAN STREET, CONCERNED TODAY BY / PILGRIMS / RECONSTRUCTED BY THE DEPENDENT OF THE 23.1968 / MR. JOSEF KRAMER FROM IRSINGEN.
