Bilichild (also Bilichilde , Bilithilde , Bilichildis , Bilihildis ) is a Franconian female given name, which several noble women of the Middle Ages had:

  • Bilichild , († 610), first wife of King Theudebert II of Austrasia
  • Bilichild († 675), daughter of Sigibert III. of Austrasia and the wife of Childerich II.
  • Bilhildis von Altmünster († around 734), saint, founder and abbess of the Altmünster monastery
  • Bilichild , wife of the Neustrian nobleman Rorgon I of Maine
  • Bilichild , daughter of the previous one, wife of Bernhard of Poitiers and perhaps Ramnulf I of Poitou
