Billboard Hot Latin Songs

The Billboard Hot Latin Songs are American music charts published by Billboard Magazine and are the Spanish equivalent of the Billboard Hot 100 .

The chart was introduced on September 6, 1986 under the name Hot Latin 50. In the 1980s, the charts were based on data from 70 Spanish radio stations in the United States and Puerto Rico. In October 2012, downloads and streams were added to collect the data.
