Birger Groening

Birger Gröning (* 1975 ) is a German politician ( AfD ) and has been a member of the Thuringian state parliament since 2019 .

Life

Until 1995, Gröning completed an apprenticeship as a hotel manager with the additional qualification of a training qualification. From 1995 to 2005 he was employed by the Bundeswehr as a sergeant in the air force security force and staff service. He then became a physiotherapist and worked in a rehabilitation clinic.

On October 27, 2019, he succeeded in entering the Thuringia state parliament as a direct candidate in the Gotha I constituency . Gröning is married and lives in Gotha .
