The Bisnowat SK-1 and SK-2 were test aircraft designed by Matus Ruwimowitsch Bisnowat at ZAGI for researching behavior at high flight speeds ( SK - Skorostny Kryla (high-speed wing)). The aircraft were cantilever all-metal low wing aircraft with retractable tailwheels. In the SK-1, the cockpit was fully integrated into the fuselage, in the SK-2 an attached cabin was constructed. The SK-2 also had an additional oil cooler and changes to the landing gear and vertical stabilizer. The first flight of the SK-1 took place in early 1940, the SK-2 followed in October 1940. 3 synchronized machine guns were provided as armament. A series production did not take place, the results of the tests were used for other developments.
