Blechpest

As Blechpest were referred to at the beginning of the 20th century, the mass emerging advertising in public space. On many house walls, shop fronts, barn walls, fences, etc., smaller and larger advertising signs made of printed and sometimes additionally embossed sheet metal (tin sign ) or enamelled steel ( enamel sign / enamel sign ) were attached. Today these objects have become in part coveted collector's items, which can also be found more and more frequently in museums.
