The specialist magazine Bluesnews (spelling: bluesnews ) is a German-language music magazine that has been published quarterly by Dirk Föhrs in Altena since 1995 . In addition to the print version, there is the Bluesnews Online portal on the Internet .
The print edition
The focus of the editorial part of the print edition is on portraits of and interviews with musicians and bands from the German and international blues and blues rock scene . It also provides Bluesnews CD - Reviews , DVD - and book reviews, as well as concert and festival reports ( "Live On Stage"). Under the heading Blues History , important protagonists and publications from the history of the genre are presented. An extensive calendar provides information about tours and festivals. Free CDs are enclosed with the subscription edition at irregular intervals.

The offer of Bluesnews Online includes current reports from the world of the blues, updates to the calendar of the print edition and CD tips.
