Botanical Garden (Bad Langensalza)

The botanical garden in Bad Langensalza , Thuringia , has its main entrance on the corner of Friedrich-Hahn-Straße and Feldstraße.

It was founded in September 2001 and has been open to the public since June 2002. The subject areas are: onion plants, forest edge flora, alpine flora, family beds, medicinal and aromatic plants , succulents and a bamboo and grass landscape. The center of the botanical garden is an area framed by pergolas for succulents and potted plants. The special features of the cactus house include an approximately 50-year-old subspecies of the centenarian agave and several specimens of elephant feet . The garden is open from May 1st to October 31st.

Further south are the magnolia garden , the Japanese garden , the rose garden and the palace park.
