Brainworking

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Brainsworking is a strategy in the field of business development that is based on the ability to adapt and combine knowledge , ideas and experiences from a wide variety of areas in order to achieve completely new and innovative results and thus business development (especially in the areas of personality development , entrepreneurship , Creativity and innovation ). The name is a play on words from the English terms brains and networking , and was launched by the Austrian entrepreneur and Chief Networking Officer Selma Prodanovic.

The concept relates in many ways to the use of networking intelligence or the ability to think networked and thereby share or create knowledge. Brainworking can also be used in private life. The social networks that are used for brainworking go beyond the usual contact data collection; rather, networking in this context means the interaction between visions and ideas.

Brainsworking is also suitable as a tool for strategic development cooperation, in which it is the fact that each and every individual is unique, and has therefore also been endowed with unique skills. Linking and expanding these skills makes an important contribution to sustainable development .
