Brescia Antincendi International (or BAI for short ) is a provider of vehicles for fire fighting and civil protection. The entire product range of fire fighting and airfield fire fighting vehicles, rescue vehicles and roll-off containers as well as rescue platforms for municipalities, airports, industry and armed forces is offered.

history

1991 was the founding year of the fully owner-managed company. The company is based in Bagnolo Mella (Brescia), Italy , where up to 300 vehicles are produced annually on an area of ​​around 30,000 m². BAI is now the largest Italian body manufacturer with an annual turnover of currently over 45 million euros. From 2004 to 2009 BAI was part of the American Oshkosh Group. Today the company is fully owner-managed again.

The BAI Special Vehicles GmbH based in Pforzheim is a wholly owned subsidiary of BAI and the German sales company.
