Fountain (Kilsyth)
The fountain in the Scottish town of Kilsyth in the North Lanarkshire Council Area was included in the Scottish List of Monuments in 1979 in Category C.
description
The fountain is located on the market square in the city center across from the also listed Market Chambers . The stone structure dates from 1869. The columnar fountain has a square floor plan and a small base. It ends with an unadorned dome. On the north side there is a water outlet that opens into a small bowl.
