Bu Kadra
Coordinates: 25 ° 11 ′ N , 55 ° 19 ′ O Bu Kadra is one of 132 communities in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) . It lies between Ras AL Khor and the Ras AL Khor Industrial Area 1 and is approximately 4 km² in size.
The community housed the Dubai Country Club , Exiles Rugby Club, and Dubai Polo Club until 2008 . This z. Club buildings and sports facilities, some of which were out of date, were demolished in favor of the Meydan City construction project .
Meydan City
On March 30, 2007, Muhammad bin Raschid Al Maktum officially presented the Meydan construction project at a video presentation in Madinat Jumeirah . The project also includes the renovation and compacted expansion of Bu Kadra. The construction of high-rise buildings, skyscrapers and a marina with 80 berths and a canal is planned.
