The bunkers in Neuss are mainly air raid shelters from the Nazi era . There are some high bunkers , the others are deep bunkers . Overall, it is assumed that there will be a total of 100 bunkers. 40 of them are owned by the city. Some of the bunkers in Neuss in the Hombroich rocket station date from the Cold War era .
