history
The former castle complex dates from the high Middle Ages , they say. Her remains were examined by interested citizens in 1889. A well, remains of walls from towers and houses were found. In 1820 there were still high remains of the wall above the surface of the earth.
A forester miller guarded the ground monument . However, he was shot by a Soviet soldier, so that his knowledge and possible documents have been lost. The farmers from the area were still cutting stones until 1970. The remaining stones are scattered as rubble around the former castle. With a practiced eye, you can still find the plateau in the area where the castle once stood.
In 1998, during excavations to the left of a small valley, the remains of a moat surrounded by walls on the left and right were found , which indicates a kennel .
