The Moosach bus depot (also Hybrid-M ) is a bus depot of the Munich transport company built in 2020 on the corner of Georg-Brauchle-Ring and Hanauer Straße in Munich- Moosach , designed for 200 electric buses .

The building complex is divided into the two areas of use, the bus depot and an urban development necessary shell development with office space for around 900 workplaces and a multi-storey car park for around 320 parking spaces. In the basement below there are spare parts stores, media, operating and technical rooms. In the area of ​​the parking hall, the buses are made ready for operation on two lanes with tank and washing systems. The work stations are also designed for the extra-long bus trains. Special work stations for processing electric buses will also be installed.

Immediately south of this is a residential area with up to 600 residential units, including company apartments, which are also offered to driver service employees. A primary school, day-care centers and shopping facilities will also be built in the new quarter.
