C-TV Coptic Channel

C-TV Coptic Channel is a Coptic- Orthodox television channel. The carrier of the canal is the Coptic Orthodox Church . The station is financed by the Egyptian pharmacist and businessman Tharwat Bassili. In November 2007 the station, which is broadcast via the satellite Hot Bird of the satellite operator Eutelsat , went on air for the first time. In particular, Coptic worship services, speeches by the patriarch, Christian films and music, theological discussions and sermons as well as documentaries about churches and monasteries in Egypt are broadcast . The program runs 24 hours and broadcasts in Arabic.
