C.mEE (* 1990; real name Simon Kessler ) is a rapper from the canton of Schwyz .

His lyrics range from thoughtful to ironic to club songs. In addition to his albums, he also publishes free songs on his website. The most famous free song from C.mEE is Miller, Jack & Jägi (2010), a remix by Beamer Benz or Bentley , on which he is featured by Al P.

biography

C.mEE began his career in the hardcore band Razorblade as the lead singer. After about 30 concerts all over Switzerland, the band split up in 2007. The then 17-year-old C.mEE then started rap music and released his SeeMe mixtape in 2008 . This was followed by the free album Ich gseh nur vo wiitem geil us! , the debut album [Ã] and the EP Operation Megaphon , which he recorded with Phumaso & Smack. On slang night in 2012 he won the Swiss Hip Hop Music Award as best newcomer and together with Phumaso & Smack as best rap combo.

In 2012, C.mEE was the first musician ever to achieve a position in the Swiss album charts with a digital only album . With the collaboration album Operation Megaphone, C.mEE, Phumaso & Smack reached number 16 in the CH charts.
