history

The magazine was released in 1985 for chief financial officers (CFOs) and other financial decision makers. The British Economist Group took over the publication in 1988 and sold it to the American private equity firm Seguin Partners in 2010. The content of the magazine has both American and international references. The magazine reaches around 440,000 readers. The subject areas include US GAAP , capital markets and information technology .
