CNPC-AktobeMunaiGas ( Russian СНПС - Актобемунайгаз and Chinese CNPC— 阿克 纠 宾 油气 股份 公司 ) is a petroleum company from Kazakhstan with headquarters in Aktobe .

It was founded in 1997 by the China National Petroleum Corporation , which initially owned 60.28 percent of the shares. Later in May 2003, CNPC acquired an additional 25.12 percent of AktobeMunaiGas.

The oil production of CNPC-AktobeMunaiGas was around six million tons of crude oil in 2009.
