The CSS-N-14 is a submarine-based ballistic ICBM of the People's Republic of China . In the Chinese armed forces, the rocket is called JL-2 or JuLang-2 ( Chinese  巨浪 -2 ).

It is based on the CSS-9 mod 1 (DF-31) mobile ICBM .
