Calcium phosphates

As calcium phosphates are summarized in food technology

• Calcium dihydrogen phosphate ("monocalcium phosphate"),
• Calcium hydrogen phosphate ("dicalcium phosphate") and
• Calcium phosphate ("tricalcium phosphate").

They are approved as food additives in the European Union under the common number E 341 .
