The CCW (formerly CallCenterWorld) is an international congress fair for call center management and innovative customer dialogue in general, which takes place annually in Berlin in the ECC ( Estrel Congress Center ) on 12,000 m² with around 270 international exhibitors. The organizer is Management Circle AG. At the fair, the CAt Award will be presented to the most successful call center managers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company with the best digital performance is also honored annually.

The congress program includes either the innovation or inspiration day and the two-day congress. The fair runs for three days parallel to the congress and inspiration day. In 2020, the trade fair will exceptionally take place parallel to the Innovation Day and the congress. A full-day program of lectures is offered in various trade fair forums, the TeleTalk demo forum and the International Plaza. A LiveCallCenter, guided tours through the trade fair and the CCW Future Camp transparently present the customer dialogue industry. The service plaza is new in 2020. On the third day of the fair there will be a tourism special in the exhibition forum in hall 3.

The first CallCenterWorld took place in 1999 with around 1,000 participants and trade fair visitors. The CCW 2019 closed with 8,000 congress and trade fair participants from 46 countries.

criticism

In 2009 there was a protest at the opening of CallCenterWorld. Call center workers demonstrated for a minimum wage in the industry.
