Capitole is a district in the Toulouse center district in the French city of Toulouse . The historic old town of Toulouse is located in the small but densely populated district . The central focus is the Place du Capitole , which serves as a meeting place for the population during major events and where the Capitol (city hall of the city) and the Théâtre du Capitole are located.
