Carnotzet

Carnotzet (also Carnotset written) is in the Romandie term used for a small cellar or rustic is stored furnished room in the basement where wine and tasting with friends. Simple dishes typical of the region, such as dried meat, cheese, bread, raclette and the like, can also be served.
