Eduard Bork

Eduard Christian Wilhelm Carl Albert Bork (born July 6, 1833 in Altenschlirf ; † August 24, 1893 Marburg ) was a German lawyer and member of the Prussian House of Representatives .

Life

Bork was born in 1833 as the son of a physician and studied law at the University of Giessen after attending grammar school . In 1852 he became a member of the Germania Gießen fraternity . After completing his studies, he became a district judge in Biedenkopf in 1867 , worked as a chief magistrate from 1877 to 1882 , became a district judge in Marburg in 1879 and was a member of the district synod. From 1877 to 1882 and from 1886 to 1892 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency of Biedenkopf (Hessen-Nassau, Wiesbaden 1). In 1892 he resigned from his seat. He was a member of the National Liberal Party .
