Sky Charts or Cartes du Ciel is a free astronomy program . You can use it to display the starry sky as it appears at a given time, in a given place and in a given solid angle. It simulates the starry sky for the period from 200,000 BC. BC to AD 200,000, but the planet positions can only default from 3,000 BC by default. Displayed to AD 3,000.

There is also the option of loading various star catalogs and connecting telescopes with motor control and positioning them using the program.

The main contact person is the Swiss Patrick Chevalley . The program was developed with the support of Luca Crivelli and Greg Roberts .
