Casa Barth
The Casa Barth is a building in the Uruguayan capital Montevideo .
The building, which was constructed between 1925 and 1927, is located in Ciudad Vieja at Calle 25 de Mayo 737 between Ciudadela and Juncal streets . The building was created based on the design of the architect Carlos A. Surraco and the engineer L. Topolansky . While it was originally designed as a commercial building, it now houses offices. The headquarters of the Dirección Nacional de Comercio y Defensa del Consumidor are located in Casa Barth .
