A cirio in the Cataviña desert

The Cataviña Desert is a desert in the Mexican state of Baja California . The only place in the desert is Cataviña . There are more than 100 different species of cactus in the desert - some of them only exist here in the world. The Cardón cactus , the largest cactus in the world, also grows in this desert. It is mostly confused with the saguaro . But not only cacti grow there, but also trees such as the elephant tree .
