Celeste is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the Salto Department in its 4th sector . Celeste is located southeast of Rincón de Valentín and south of Biassini . The Manantiales , a right-hand tributary of the Arroyo Valentín Grande , rises to the west of the village , while the del Blanquillo and del Lavadero have their origins to the north .
