Cenizas (Spanish, about Asche in German ) is a metalcore band from Chile .

history

The group was founded in 2006 in Santiago de Chile and initially consisted of Fernando Salazar (vocals), Andres Catalan (guitar), Cristian Silva (guitar), Miguel Angel Ortega (bass) and Angelo Flores ( drums ). Later Silva left the band, Ortega switched to guitar and Antonio Garcia became the new bassist.

Already in 2008 the EP Con Nuestras Manos Al Viento was released on their own. The group is now under contract with the Argentinian label Vegan Records , where the group released their debut album Hacia el Amanecer de Nuestros Sueños ... in April 2010 . In February 2012 the group started their "BVRN Sudamerica Tour", which led through Chile, Argentina and Brazil. In Argentina, the group played with label mates Dar Sangre, among others .
