The Center for Contemporary Graphic Art ( Jap. 現代グラフィックアートセンター, Gendai gurafikku ATO Senta , short CCGA ) is an art museum in Sukagawa in Fukushima Prefecture . It opened on April 20, 1995 . Much of the work comes from the Kenneth E. Tyler collection .
