The research center for astronomy, astrophysics and geophysics ( French Center de recherche en astronomie, astrophysique et géophysique , Arabic مركز البحث في علم الفلك والفيزياء الفلكية والجيوفيزياء, DMG Markaz al-Baḥṯ fī ʿIlm al-Falak wa-l-Fīziyāʾ al-Falakiyya wa-l-Ǧīyūfīziyāʾ ) is a research center in Algeria that deals with astronomy , astrophysics and geophysics . It was founded in 1985 and went from the observatory Observatoire de astronomique Bouzareah of 1890 and the Institut de Physique du Globe d'Alger 1931 produced. The observatory has a Ritchey-Chrétien reflector telescope with a diameter of 81 cm.
