Charlotte (potato)

Charlotte is an early potato variety approved in France since 1981.

It is predominantly waxy to waxy . Charlotte is a new potato variety, but it can also be stored so that it is available all year round from June. It has a long oval shape, shallow eyes, a yellow skin and fine, yellow pulp.

Charlotte was created as a cross between Hansa and Danaé. It usually forms a large number of tubers.
