The Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance (ChemKlimaschutzV), long title: Ordinance on the protection of the climate against changes caused by the entry of certain fluorinated greenhouse gases , is a German federal ordinance to reduce the emission of fluorinated refrigerants from refrigeration systems .

It regulates measures to check the tightness of refrigeration systems as well as, for example, during the maintenance and shutdown of a refrigeration system, the recovery of the refrigerant and its return by the manufacturer. In addition, the ordinance contains regulations for the qualification of maintenance personnel. In this area, the Chemicals Climate Protection Ordinance refers to the supplementary regulations of the Chemicals and Ozone Layer Ordinance .
