China Labor Bulletin ( CLB ) is a non-governmental organization that campaigns for workers' rights in the People's Republic of China . It is based in Hong Kong and was founded there in 1994 by worker activist Han Dongfang. The CLB advocates stronger protection of the rights of Chinese workers and has expressed optimism that peaceful and legal action will improve workers' conditions in the near future.

CLB supports the development of democratic trade unions in China, the enforcement of the PRC's labor law and the full participation of workers in the creation of a civil society. In addition, CLB seeks official recognition in China of international standards and conventions that guarantee workers' freedom of association and the right to free collective bargaining.

In 2002, CLB developed and established a labor law process to enable workers to resolve their complaints through the People's Republic of China's court system. The organization provides legal advice to workers and recruits Chinese lawyers to handle their cases. By October 2007, she had accepted about 140 cases involving non-payment of wages, accidents at work and layoffs. She also addresses the issue of discrimination in the workplace, particularly raising awareness and combating discrimination against the estimated 120 million hepatitis B-positive Chinese.

In 2005, the CLB launched a program to encourage collective bargaining and the use of group-wide, legally enforceable collective bargaining agreements as a means of empowering workers, protecting their legal rights and improving industrial relations.

CLB published five English and ten Chinese reports on a range of issues including the labor movement in China, migrant workers, child labor and accidents in coal mines.
