Nagold District Court

The Nagold Local Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of seven local courts (AG) in the district of the Tübingen Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Nagold . The judicial district extends to the cities and communities Nagold, Altensteig , Ebhausen , Egenhausen , Haiterbach , Rohrdorf , Simmersfeld and Wildberg . Around 52,000 people live in it. Like every local court, the Nagold District Court has jurisdiction in the first instance for civil and criminal matters, as well as for all enforcement matters if the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district as well as for family and insolvency proceedings. In Baden-Württemberg, dunning procedures take place centrally at the Stuttgart District Court .

The district court of Nagold is headed by the director of the district court, Hans-Georg Gawronski. The Tübingen Regional Court is directly superordinate to the Nagold District Court . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Stuttgart .
