The District Court of Rottenburg am Neckar is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of the seven district courts in the district of the Tübingen Regional Court .

Jurisdiction and seat

The district court is responsible for civil, family and criminal matters.

The judicial district of the district court Rottenburg includes the city of Rottenburg am Neckar as well as the communities Neustetten , Starzach and Hirrlingen .

The Tübingen District Court is responsible for insolvency matters. Foreclosure sales are also carried out there. The Stuttgart District Court administers the commercial, company and partnership registers.
