Bad Urach District Court
The Bad Urach District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and is one of the seven district courts in the district of the Tübingen District Court .
Jurisdiction and seat
The district court is responsible for all civil, family and criminal matters of first instance.
The judicial district of AG Bad Urach includes the communities Bad Urach , Dettingen / Erms , Grabenstetten , Grafenberg , Hülben , Metzingen , Riederich , Römerstein and St. Johann .
The Tübingen District Court is responsible for insolvency matters. Foreclosure sales are carried out at the Reutlingen District Court . Commercial, cooperative and partnership registers are concentrated at the Stuttgart District Court .
The District Court of Tübingen is superordinate to the Bad Urach District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Stuttgart .
