Ching He Huang

Ching He Huang (* 1978 in Taiwan ) is a British- Taiwanese television chef and cookbook author.

Ching grew up in Taiwan and moved to London with her family at the age of eleven. There she founded a catering company after graduating. The result is an inspired, new fusion kitchen . The author, best known in England from her television programs, starts from traditional Chinese dishes, but goes a step further in her interpretation and incorporates impulses from other Asian countries such as Japan, Thailand and Vietnam as well as European influences.
