Christel Offermann-Clas
Christel Offermann-Clas is a Luxembourg law scholar and professor emeritus at the University of Trier .
Life
Offermann-Clas studied law. After the 1st and 2nd state examinations, a diploma and the License en droit comparé followed. Her dissertation dealt with the subject of property in the European Communities . After working as an assistant at the Faculty of Law, she received a professorship at the Jean Monnet Chair for European Economic and Environmental Policy, Department IV Economics at the University of Trier. She later took over the chair for European economic and environmental policy in business administration .
